Thanks for your comment. I have used both the Pure Path and the ISA 430. I wish I could give you the pros and cons for one or the other. The problem is, really like them both. I have not used the 430 MKII, only the original ISA 430. In my work, I have found the Neve products to be very solid. They are both quite clean and will offer plenty of headroom on the backside. I found that the compressors in both units are very flexible and allow you to really treat the signal the way you want to. When the studio opened, we bought two for each room. I am glad we did. I think that the pricepoint is what stopped the production of the pure path. I have had many folks ask to buy ours. I just can’t let them go. Take Care. Glenn Wheeler, studio manager

Amek Channel Strip looks really nice. I was found it when I was doing some research on Rupert Neve and I was wondering if its better than a Focsurite ISA 430 MkII. Lookwise the Anek Channel strip looks colourful, well labelled and all the feature seem to be grouped well. Unfortunately I have never heard it in action. I hope one day they will re-issue it.
